Nikos is a dynamic, self-motivated, and high-skilled HR Professional with a demonstrated working experience in Greek and Multinational environments. During his career, he worked successfully in well – known and respected companies -including GE, CCHBC, ICAP and Webhelp- managing successfully various and challenging HR roles. In 2019, he started working at People for Business -a top strategic human resources solutions firm- in which he currently holds the role of Director | People and Culture. Since January 2021, Nikos is a Member of the Executive Committee. Nikos’ areas of expertise include Talent Acquisition, HR Project Management, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership Development and Career Transition Consulting. Nikos holds a Bachelor’ degree in Public Administration & Finance from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from ALBA Graduate Business School.
