Helena has more than 25 years of experience in providing Strategic Consulting in Human Resources, Human Capital Strategy and Leadership Development, in order to enable Companies to maximize growth and profitability, in line with their objectives. From 1999 to 2007, she was the Human Resources Director in Terzopoulos Publishing Group of Companies. In the period 2004-2007, she was also acting as Business Development Director in the same group of companies. Her next career move was to consulting, as Senior Consultant in Manpower Professional.
In 2011, Helena joined People for Business, in which she currently holdstherole of Director, People and Culture She is also a member of the BoD.
Helena has a rounded experience in all human resources areas. Her expertise includes large-scale Culture Transformation and Restructuring Projects, Talent Management (CxO level), Performance Management Systems, Leadership Development, Compensation and Benefits Policies, Training and Development as well as Labor Relations issues.
She is also specialized in providing Career Transition Counseling Services in Executives (CXO), certified as a Career Consultant by Right Management – UK.
Helena holds a Master of Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources Management, by the Nottingham Trent University. She is a member of the Hellenic Human Resources Management Association (SDADE).
